Project Sites

The North West Development Centre of the National Institute of Mental Health England (NIMHE) has developed an interactive website to assist in the local implementation of national guidelines and guidance for Schizophrenia published by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE). This website and resource tool has been designed to help your organisation meet its Mental Health Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).

Following the initial success of the first wave pilots NIMHE are now initiating a second wave of pilot sites. This second wave it designed to test the methodology and methods learned from the first wave sites both in terms of the NHS Organisations gathering more information around team functioning, and critical success factors to further refine the process of wider dissemination.
