Car Parking - The main car park at Whiston Hospital is open to service users. There are 45 specific spaces for blue badge holders.

Access – The entrance to the building is level access. The two-storey building has a lift.

Induction Loop – The unit does not have an induction loop facility.

Information & Correspondence – Information is not available in Braille, Large Print, Pictures/symbols or Moon. It is also unavailable on floppy disc and/or audio cassette.

Communication – A Minicom system is not available. The ward has access to a fax machine (No. 0151 430 1787), but does not have an email address. A sign language interpreter can be arranged upon request through the St Helens Deaf and Dumb Society.

Toilets – Unisex accessible toilets are available throughout the Unit.
