Primary Care Registers for Severe Mental Illness (SMI)

To satisfy the requirements of NICE Guidelines for schizophrenia, case registers should be developed to systematically identify all patients with schizophrenia, offering regular review and structured care. Case registers will facilitate the process ensuring that users receive the right care at the right time, as well as improving communication between primary and secondary care
