What does this service do?

We provide psychological therapy for people who have complex or longstanding psychological difficulties.

Who is it for?

Males and females aged 16+ with complex psychological difficulties.

Who will you see?

A clinical Psychologist, Nurse Therapist or Psychodynamic/Psychotherapist.

Who else helps?

• Knowsley South Community Mental Health Team
• Knowsley Central Community Mental Health Team

Where and when is this service available?

Mulberry Centre, Whiston Hospital Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

What do I do next if I think this service may help?

Referrals are made via the Community Mental Health Teams.

Is there anything else I need to know?

People with organic problems or learning disability cannot be referred.
